Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay more to work with you?

No - not at all. The price you pay is the same as booking direct, and in many cases, will be better value whether through exclusive rates, added perks like late checkout or an upgrade or better availability that you won’t find online.

How do you get paid?

Most travel bookings include a built-in commission — whether you book through a big-name website or a high street chain. When you book through me, that commission supports my small business rather than a large corporation.

What kind of holidays can you help with?

From luxury family holidays abroad to weekends in dog-friendly UK cottages, multi-centre long-haul adventures, half-term getaways, or even a one-night stay after the uni drop-off… if it involves travel, I can help.

Do I have to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Some clients come to me with a destination in mind, others just know they need “somewhere warm in October” — either way, I’ll help shape the right trip for you.

What if I already know what I want?

That’s brilliant — it makes things even easier. Just let me know the details and I’ll check availability, confirm pricing, and take care of the booking. You’ll still get all the benefits of working with me — including personal service, admin handled for you, support before, during and after your trip, and hopefully even better value too.

What’s the first step?

You can either fill in my quick enquiry form or just drop me a message. We’ll have a quick chat to work out what you’re looking for, and then I’ll do the rest — research, shortlisting options, and taking care of the booking.

Are you available if something goes wrong during the trip?

Yes — I’m here before, during, and after your trip. If anything unexpected crops up while you’re away, you’ll have a direct line to someone who knows the details and can help quickly. No call centres, no hold music — just personal support when you need it most.
